In an online world where “now” is everything and “everywhere” is the place to be, who really has time to keep up with status updates on every site from here to Bangkok? I don’t.     Why not use Ping.fm? It supports way more platforms than updating.me and has the ability to post to any new developer's chosen framework with Custom URLs.

    Ping.fm is great (and due for a review from us as well). We like to share all the things out there that are available to people. A ton of people I know are already using Ping.fm, which is great, but it's not for everyone - Some may like HelloTxt.com - others may like Updating.me ... if it's one thing we've learned while perusing and abusing the web is that there are about a gazillion ways to skin a cat.
